About Me
Who am i?
I'm Steph, I like to deliver better digital experiences
My journey started as a web developer building websites for learning management systems and financial services firms. I soon became fascinated with delivering a better user experience that is customer led, so I decided to take that curiosity into managing digital products and services. At the core of what I do is collecting data from users, staff and management to inform what is working and what isn't. By taking a non biased approach I can help to unpack pain points and opportunities. The end resuls are bringing findings into roadmaps, strategies, functional requirements and designs for the business to deliver that engage, retain and convert audiences.
